Datech provides a wide range of value added services to both Autodesk and the Autodesk VAR Channel: From strategic channel development of individual resellers (Datech Channel Development Process) to the daily channel management, from specialised trainings to general enablement programs. Datech also provides several business intelligence services, such as maintenance contract dashboards for renewals and marketing qualified lead dashboard and opportunity management. Together with Autodesk we develop and deploy marketing and demand generation programs and campaigns across all countries. In those countries where Autodesk has a small or no presence, we also act in their role for the local market..

Datech’s customers are more than 400 highly specialised Autodesk Value Added Resellers, who provide vertical (industry) solutions to their end-users. In addition, Datech utilizes Tech Data broadline software channel of Corporate Resellers, IT Resellers, Retailers and eTailers to sell Autodesk’s entry-level Design Software Products to the market.
Datech uses a broad spectrum of Tech Data's strong on-line services, such as InTouch to serve its customers. In addition EDI technology has been developed and employed to interface directly with the vendor, Autodesk, as well as with key VAR customers, to allow for effective electronic information exchange and speed.
