New Activate-Here Delivery Portal

 
 

Tech Data is pleased to announce the launch of our new delivery portal for Activate-Here. The portal includes enhanced functionality and user experience, product life cycle management for renewals and full product management for all orders. The portal is fully white label including the rotating images on the home page which will allow you to upload
marketing content.
 
 

Home Page
 

Please login with the details provided in our email - note you can also request a password re-send if required.
Once you have logged in you will be prompted to re-set your password before you continue. You will also be asked to ‘opt-out’ if you do not wish to receive renewal information.

 
 
 

My Products Page
 

Here you will see a view of all orders placed. Click on the order number to display the contents of each line

You will then see the order information displayed showing the product you have purchased

Click on the key icon in the bottom right hand corner of the Manage License Key box

Each key can then be claimed individually by clicking on the ‘Claim Key’ button

A pop up message will appear to confirm your selection. Once you have selected the arrow, the activation key will appear

To install your product / redeem
your purchase

Microsoft Office is a product redemption process - Please click the icon to the right of your key – this will open a new web browser directing you to the Microsoft Office website to complete your product redemption.

For products which require a download file please select the Install Product icon and click on the file link icon to install your product as per the example screenshot.

 
 
 

New Functionality
 

Print to PDF and Key Forward

We now offer the ability to forward individual keys to new users. To the right of the product key is an icon which displays two options – Print to PDF and Forward.

Forward - This will prompt you to add a new email address which will give that user access to the delivery portal. At this point you will not be able to view the key. A view log will then be available for your reference.

Print to PDF – This will open a new tab in your browser with a PDF document of your license key.

Export to Excel and Claim All Keys

We now offer the ability to export all product keys into Excel format. Click on the Key icon
on the right hand side as per the image below. This will present two options – export to Excel and claim all keys as per the below example

Claim all Keys - If you do not wish to claim each key individually you can select the claim all keys option to display all keys at once.

Export to Excel – This will allow you to download an excel file of all keys onto your desktop

Search Functions

Search - Customers are now able to search
for specific orders within the delivery portal by entering the purchase order details in the
search box.
Group by Function – Orders can be displayed
in the delivery portal by a number of different criteria including Purchase order reference and by vendor. This can be done via the arrange
by tab.
