  post-warranty Maintenance quote from a Tier 1 server or storage Vendor
  (HP, Dell, Sun, EMS etc). Any competitive quote from a Tier 1 networking
  vendor (Juniper, Cisco etc.)

Minimum information to provide for pricing approval:

• An 'in date', approved quote from competitor to be sent to your Azlan/IBM/Lenovo Account Manager
• End user name and address provided for audit purpose
• Forecasted close date for order from the end user (has to be within programme duration)
• All quotation requests submitted will be processed within 24 hours
• Price match and additional discount available to be communicated back to the originator of the request
• A unique quotation reference number will be supplied applicable to the RTL programme.
